RAINY AND A BIT NASTY TODAY
I woke up this morning and it appeared that winter had finally arrived. Our summer drought was over, it was raining steadily, and since daylight saving time ended it has been getting cooler each week. The older I bet, the less I enjoy cool weather.
I do enjoy rising and starting to work, or, at least starting to start to work, checking emails and site totals as well as totals on Medium stories. today’s story has usually found its way into my head early and has been working itself out since a long time earlier.
My thought processes are occupied also with a newsletter or two I have begun. they need attention and are actually the most enjoyable to work on.
My life is all about systems. if I don’t have a system, I waste time. I don’t enjoy reality TV shows because they are supposedly unscripted. I enjoy order rules and the authority of plans.
My new stories, for instance, go first to either my primary website or one of my Substack newsletters and to medium, but in their own order. I am trying to decide the best order to let them out into the world. they do trickle from one to the next by nature, so the order is up to me. i will keep you posted.
