Save commission by selling your own house.
What is this type listing, what does it get me, and why so inexpensive?
Unlike “exclusive right-to-sell” listings, in which sellers pledge sizeable commissions to an agent, an “entry-only” listing only costs a small amount, and simply gets the house in the MLS.
Traditional “right-to-sell” agents are like a hospital. An “entry-only” broker is more like the store that sells them medical supplies.
A broker who offers entry-only listings, promises not to present offers, help negotiate them, or have open houses. They offer educational resources but just can’t advise during your negotiation.
There are books, courses, and FAQ areas on their websites, but, like the medical supplies store, they are only open during business hours, and they don’t put in the stitches.
