The weeks are flying by these days.
There is much writing to be done, and many doctors to consult. Spring has finally arrived and many folks are about ready to put their houses on the market. There is only a handful out of the 95 counties in Tennessee in which I don’t usually work.
As many of you have heard, I have two wonderful daughters, Beulah Mae Puckett and Birdie Calhoun. They are married and have their own families and I love any time I get to spend with them.
This week we attended the Investiture of one of my sons-in-law as the president of a University in eastern Tennessee. My tendency concerning my family is to boast and brag endlessly because I am so proud of them all, but I am trying to remember to let people maintain their privacy.
It was a bit of a trip for one day, but PJ drove her Lambo so I could keep my pouty legs stretched out, and she let me be the DJ of the 8-track.
I embarrassed the fam several times at the event. So many times, I’m afraid I lost count. My whole family is in education, and I lost count. Baaaaah….
