Monday was the substitute day for my physical and occupational therapies, and I was worn out walking with long strides and standing up/sitting down and standing still balanced and not falling over. Stupid sounding, I know, but it’s important to me.

My usual days are Tuesday and Thursday, so next week will be better. I hate change.

This is a John Wayne double-feature night on GRIT, along with the rest of the week.
