Thinking Newsletter? Don’t Do What I Did.
This short story can save you HOURS!

I did it for two years.
But I suggest you not. This short story will save you a lot of grief in a short time.
I started a Substack two years ago. I was way too analytical.
There are a lot of variables in the Substack program for you to select. I was paralyzed with choices for all that time, mentally picturing how it should be set up and designed perfectly.
Doing it mentally would probably help me not “do and then redo.” I analyzed all other Substacks I could.
Don’t do all that planning.
Pick out an easy template. Don’t put more than a couple of sections there. Send it once a week to start. Polish as you go.
I wish I had been told that.
