It’s a beautiful day, and I enjoyed a midday meal with my lovely wife, one of my lovely daughters, and two of my lovely granddaughters.
Unfortunately, our lunch did involve a fast food restaurant, a drive-up window, and customer service in general.
My daughter and her girls were intending to grab some food on the way over here after church, and the restaurant made her wait five minutes more until eleven o’clock before taking a lunch order.
Then after they finally took it, she was directed to a waiting space for her food delivery.
As it turns out, I have been spending the last few months myself trying to seek out customer service with both doctors and government agencies, and I have determined that sometimes, it just does not exist! I will not elaborate now, though, because I see some of you are bored by my opinions on this topic.
Perhaps I am so sensitive about it, because it is the one thing that can muzzle my sense of humour!
More to come…
I’ve also got some hot news coming tomorrow for any of you who may use a walker for mobility. Revolutionary.
