After several years as a broker, now my practice helps homeowners sell their own house in the MLS. They save money. The buyer saves as well. Win-win.
I got here by keeping up with the industry. I watch the realty trends in California using the parts of them that work back east. I morphed into MLS entry-only listings.
I run facebook focus groups, too, where I’m told to find a part of my business I can honestly call sustainable, and part that is gluten-free, to please more customers.
Then today a customer who used to be happy, called me an a**h*le.
My focus group never saw that one coming.
