Yep, I’m still me.
And I still feel great! Except here, in Nashville, we are losing our morning weather girl today.
She is nice-looking and knowledgeable about weather-related topics. She was also raised around here fairly close, so she has a decent accent to our ears. She always dressed nicely on the air.
In fact, about the only thing that separated her from the other air personalities and meteorologists was that her knees resembled the two Greek theatre comedy and tragedy masks, associated with two Greek Muses, Melpomene, and Thalia.
So it is obvious she was born to be on a stage somewhere.
I love me some Bluey!
And Blueberries!
I am hearing more these days how children’s mental development is intertwined with their playing with other children as a part of their growing up, rather than watching an electronic screen. That allows for the development of the imagination.
I enjoy Bluey because it depicts a family with parents who play and use imagination with their children.
When I was a kid, all I had was my imaginary friends, so I understood the importance of imagination.
Jimmy Dean who made the egg, cheese, and sausage on a croissant is pretty important, too.
It is FREE to subscribe here, so I try to make it silly not to.

What is the Best Time to Sell Your House?
Important Factors

Determining the right time to list your property involves considering several factors that can influence the sale price and the speed of the sale. Following are some aspects to consider.
Seasonal Trends
Spring and Summer are traditionally the peak seasons for most real estate markets. The weather is generally favorable, making it easier for buyers to view properties. Families prefer to move during the summer to avoid disrupting the school year.
There is usually high competition, though, as many homes are listed during this time. Buyers might also be more selective due to the abundance of options.
Fall often sees a slight increase after a small end-of-summer lull. Serious buyers are often looking to close deals before the holiday season. There is less competition compared to spring and summer.
Conversely, the market does start to slow down as winter approaches.
Winter brings serious buyers, and often, the ones looking during this time, potentially lead to quicker sales. There may a lot less competition in the inventory available to buyers.
Don’t forget that bad weather can deter buyers from viewing homes. The holiday season can also distract potential buyers.
Market Conditions
Seller’s Market Is often indicated by a low inventory of homes for sale. and a high buyer demand. Listing your house in a seller’s market can lead to higher sale prices and quicker sales.
Buyer’s Market Indicators are a high inventory of homes for sale and lower buyer demand. Strategy for selling in a buyer’s market should include that you be prepared to price competitively and offer incentives to attract buyers.
