I should put this caveat on each one!
The following story describes only what I believe about this topic, or have discovered about it in my own experience.
I would never suggest that I know the answer, the right, or the wrong way to do anything. I only know or believe I know, what works for me.
If I ever led any reader to think I have the only right answers, either they misunderstood me, or I failed properly to communicate my thoughts.
