New water troughs for the greenways
It’s Monday. Surprise!
What a great weekend!
Here in Nashville, now that we have committed to building a grand and glorious domed stadium here in town, our Titans started the regular season at Chicago losing miserably to their Bears.
We were not embarrassed by trailing miserably the whole game, but we were embarrassed by not coming out of the locker room for the last half.
I’m certain it would not have been a loss had we been playing in our brand-new stadium.
If it were finished yet.,
Actually the team I root for, VANDERBILT, had great success this weekend, and we don’t even need an umbrella over our stadium.
OTHER PROJECTS
We’ve talked already about the new greenway shortcut through the parkway that goes around the city, and the billions on day-glo, Klieg Light-lit pedestrian street crossings.
We’ve discussed the new bus shelter for our We-Go Bus Line light-rail wannabe, where the maximum capacity per bus is three, primarily because of the space taken up by the wet bar.
We’ve talked about this city selling off its metered parking spaces downtown to a private company, who promised seminars teaching about banking so more people could get debit cards needed to operate the parking meters downtown.
So, “Hello challenge.” The micro book challenge.

Thanks!
It’s 10:30am, and I will be back asap.
It has been a crazy holiday weekend full of frivolity and partying with my family and the squibs.
This is indeed a new chapter of my life.
My old life used to be based on income from the articles, and the stories I have written. And I have written almost 1100 at this point. They work some. Mostly in their youth, but some continue to work on and on, bringing me a little money each month.
I have written pieces in Medium, Newsbreak, Quora, and several publications, in addition to penning a few books.
You know, writing for the sake of writing.
My new direction will point more toward books. Microbooks, to be precise. They have become more popular and profitable than other books.
My subsequent articles will no longer be self-serving, as I am, but, rather, they will show readers exciting glimpses at, and directions to, my books. In the process, I will be trying very hard to assemble my list of readers in one place, instead of letting them be spread out on different platforms. That way, when a new book comes out, I can email one note instead of six or eight. I have also noticed, on some of the platforms, there is more and more control and censorship of sorts, so best to get away from all that.
All frivolity aside, my sign-off will include, most importantly, where you can find a book or books of mine, and where you can join us in our quest for literary freedom.
Thank you so much for reading!
