Closed-circuit for non-subscribing peeps

That is why I am calling this my “non-newsletter newsletter,” where the motto is“Keeping the humor dry and the puns obscure. — You’ll thank me for this someday.”
I can only be SO right for SO long until even I start to look spooky.
In spite of those cute sayings, I find myself in a state of confusion. Again.
When I write a story, I can publish it, or I can keep it a secret. OK.
If I publish it, I can publish it to an established publication, my own publication, or to my personal profile page. On any of those places, I can publish it open/free, or behind the paywall, so I can make a few pence from it.
If readers like and therefore “follow” my stories, they are advised when some of them are published. If they subscribe to the delivery system (envelope icon) they will be told of most of the rest of them. I think.
But these guys in the last paragraph still need to be Medium members ($5/month) and can’t sneak under the tent flap to see the elephants.
I, ultimately, would like to communicate with my peeps on an even better level.
So the Mobius Strip of all this is, if I can communicate with readers on one side acceptably, then by the time we go around the circle, we are on the opposite side from where we started, and there is no direct communication.
Ultimately, if the reader wants to both read all my stories AND be in the loop for above and beyond, secret stuff, they will have to belong to groups 2 & 3.
Here are the groups as we know them right now.
Followers, paying Medium members who click “follow” on my stories (peeps) — will receive a Faux newsletter (published openly) to read or ignore.
Subscribers, the paying Medium members who were unafraid to pop that little envelope icon, henceforth called the peeps, 1st class…and (may occasionally receive secret news) will also receive faux newsletter although it is not intended for them. They will receive a closed-circuit newsletter for now until our technology advances
Besties, Even murkier, a member of my personal group (may or may not be paying members and get to read more than three stories a month free, but will get “above and beyond” material in the “extended wit” area, their own newsletter, and the faux and closed-circuit newsletters when they become a Medium member. Originally intended to be a next-level upgrade for Subscribers, but can be free-standing completely. (Besties represent my Seal Team 5.5, my Firehouse 51, and my CPD Intelligence Unit) You will probably want to do whatever you have to do to become one.
Wanderers— all others will enjoy a bit of this and that.
I hope this clears the process up for you in obtaining your sense of belonging. I myself intend to sit here and study it for a while. If any of you readers out there, regardless of rank, can help me understand what I just wrote, please let me know.
Theoretically, our REAL newsletter will be published tomorrow, so I need to run along for now.
Thanks for your time.
P.S. If you liked this story, you could go HERE, leave your name, and I’d be happy to send you ALL my Medium stories whenever I publish them.
