Question time for myself at my 200th story.

“Because it feels so good when I stop,” is definitely NOT the answer to Why do I write for Medium?”
There are a couple of answers that are the real reasons, I find as I look inwards for the reasons.
It’s fun.
I will benefit from having this portfolio in one accessible spot.
I will benefit in ways possibly unknown by exposure to new readers.
I am not very good at writing, so I hope all this practice will help me.
I might build my mailing list.
I might be able to sell a book if I ever write one.
I hope to increase traffic to my other sites.
I am making a couple of bucks.
Well, OK… it really does feel good when I stop.
I hope I eventually make a few buds who will actually talk to me.
