Question time for myself at my 200th story.

“Because it feels so good when I stop,” is definitely NOT the answer to Why do I write for Medium?”

There are a couple of answers that are the real reasons, I find as I look inwards for the reasons.

1. It’s fun.

2. I will benefit from having this portfolio in one accessible spot.

3. I will benefit in ways possibly unknown by exposure to new readers.

4. I am not very good at writing, so I hope all this practice will help me.

5. I might build my mailing list.

6. I might be able to sell a book if I ever write one.

7. I hope to increase traffic to my other sites.

8. I am making a couple of bucks.

9. Well, OK… it really does feel good when I stop.

10. I hope I eventually make a few buds who will actually talk to me.
