Tuesday Journal Entry - June 6, 2023
Good morning! It’s beautiful again today! I am starting to think there is something that does not want me to write this journal.
Good morning! It’s beautiful again today!
I am starting to think there is something that does not want me to write this journal.
First we enjoyed PJ’s retirement party.
Then we had family here the next week. One of the grand-peep’s birthday. It keeps on and on.
Finally Monday morning, I had an appointment with a doctor, but I woke up unable to move or use my left arm. My core balance was off dreadfully, and I was afraid to walk, much less try to go anywhere.
I’ve been away from writing for so long that Grammarly sent me an email to check on me.
PJ got me a wheelchair with small wheels.
When I am being pushed around it, I tell her I feel like I’m on a dessert cart being pushed around guests. I must admit it’s great indoors, at the poolside or down feeding the polo ponies.
But, I do have an Advent subwoofer that measures 2 ft cubed or more with a downward-firing 18 inch driver, powered by a 500-watt Carver amplifier. It’s great until now, when I worry about my dessert cart scuffing it with a brake lever.
It’s always something.
