If I were exercising, I wouldn’t make my schedule one I could do from the couch.
If I can’t complete it one day, at least I tried, and expanded some, even if I have to carry anything over to the next session. Never set the goals “easy.”
As I talked about here, I try to include each day, 3 ideas picked from my idea book. I put 3–5 subtopics with them and round them off with more information that will cause them to end up with 200–500 words each.
