The Struggle for Answers

Ralph, from Cincinnati, wrote to ask us when the Friday Struggle Bus was generally available.

Well, Ralph, early-on in the inception process, the V & I team and I decided the continuity would be in our favor if it came out with regularity. If we could offer it weekly, say maybe on FRIDAY, to sort of dovetail with its name, it would be good, too.

The vote was taken and every Friday won, although the V & I committee was a bit more divided than I thought they would be.

Do you have any input, Ralph?

The Struggle for Beauty

The Struggle for Services

I have possibly found a solution for poor customer service this week. I tried to not go anywhere, ask anyone for anything, or expect anything. I was not disappointed.

Well, except for once.

This week, my hometown football team played a game that the common person could watch. It was not on ESPN or some other expensive streaming channel.

We got to watch them choke.

Yep, led the whole game until they went cleats-up. Xes in their eyes. Threw in the monogrammed towel. They TOLD US they needed a domed stadium. We made fun.

The Struggle to Write.

Since the words all but fly out of my fertile brain on a fairly constant basis, this struggle is never really a huge factor here. Yes, sometimes I have to feed my polo ponies, but that doesn’t take too long.

Last week I did have to struggle to get some pony squeezin’s off my boot.
