Today’s Premise

I start many projects.

Unlike you, I occasionally fail to complete (FTC) some, or get just plain bogged down in others.

Sometimes, this feels like what I experienced when I was an all-night DJ. I knew I was doing it for a reason, and that some people were out there listening, but it was still a lonely place to be.

It was similar to several of my cross-country long-distance drives when I found myself stopping to pick up an inner-voice hitchhiker just to get acquainted.

So now I write.

I try to write every day. Sometimes that gets weird, too, when a pleasant little story I’m writing suddenly gets violent because it fell in with a rough crowd, got some tattoos, and somehow found a 9 mil Glock.

In an attempt to write more safely every day, which is the advice I give to all newbies, I am doing just that right here. I hope you follow along and even subscribe.

The bottom line is that I have written 910 stories since I started with medium so, even though, technically, I did write a promo a few minutes ago, this is number 911.

911 is a number, of which I have always been fond. 911, 911S, 911T, 911Targa, it’s a number that can’t be beat. even Aubergine looks good on a 911, which it probably would not on a Chevy Impala.
