If you live by the DIY, you publish by the DIY.

Do-it-yourself real estate, money, and lifestyle. — —
I have been a broker for decades. Now I’m a writer, too, and I do appreciate your looking at my stories.
There are a lot more and better writers out there you could be reading. So many, in fact, the excited writer in me had a tough time sometimes waiting for publications to get through all of them and publish mine after I had submitted one to them.
The editors I dealt with have categorically been so nice to me and so helpful as well, and I can appreciate the mountain of work they have to do daily looking over all their submissions.
So I don't fault them and don't mean to imply that. It just may be time for me to leave the nest to see whether I fly or hit the ground like the “bags of wet cement” we’ve been discussing regarding WKRP lately.
Thus, I, in the spirit of D-I-Y, try my hand at a publication myself. There are many things I will have to learn and things to do differently from before. It will take some time to get any good, so I really appreciate you early adopters who are following me. THANK YOU!
