How I concentrate on my daily writing.

I know other writers are not like me.
You guys, I'm sure, may have plenty of time to sit and write at a leisurely pace. All day if you want to.
But I am not quite that lucky.
I have job responsibilities that come before my writing.
This may be unimportant to others, but here are the three things I have found I must do, two planned, the other unplanned but sometimes unavoidable.
I hit the computer early before I go to my job, and try to knock out a story. After work, I may do another, but as long as the first is done, I'm OK.
Some nights I can’t avoid lying awake all night thinking about a particularly problematic story.
Wear my blinders until I hit “submit.”
For now, thank you for your time. (my profile — Twitter)
P.S. If you liked this story, you could go HERE, leave your name, and I’d be happy to send you ALL my Medium stories whenever I publish them. Even following me only gives you a very small percentage of these “stories.” So please don’t miss any! (To join the fun, support us, and be able to read unlimited MEDIUM stories, please go HERE.) And if you want to hear even more of my Medium & non-Medium stuff, you can be a part of that rough crowd HERE.
