CHILLIN' ON A THURSDAY

Yep...

Well, it’s Wednesday already, and I’m concentrating on a couple of new projects.

You know that my other job is that of a real estate broker. There is a new law, a whole new concept going into effect immediately. The seller is no longer promising a buyer’s agent to pay their commission, but that agent must have the buyer sign an agreement to pay that commission.

I must say that’s stupid because it is so far away from normal, that buyers will have a problem with it.

Ergo, my real estate business has fallen off a good bit.

That, combined with my last year’s medical difficulties, has got me thinking I need to increase my writing portfolio, especially in books for sale.

I have put together two groups of “series” articles into books. I published them previously online, and made some money off of them already. So, I copied and pasted them into a couple of new books, made covers, and made them available for free at Gumroad, while I am editing and final polishing them before they are off to Amazon for adding to my other books for sale.

I have left my usual travel trailer camper-office, and I’m in my river office, where all I can hear is a slow, steady lapping of the waves against the side of my foundation.
